Linde Material Handling Italia S.p.A., a company active in the supply of forklift trucks, related services and logistics chain solutions, has acquired from CeAs Carrelli S.r.l. the business specialized in the operation of a mechanical workshop for the repair and maintenance of forklift trucks, transport and lifting machinery, as well as in the sale, lease and rental of the same.
Law firm PedersoliGattai advised Linde Material Handling Italia S.p.A., with a team led by Partner Alessandro Tufani and junior Partner Leonardo Bonfanti.
The financial aspects of the transaction were handled by accountant Andrea Gobbi.
