Marco Romanelli specializes in the law and regulation of banks and financial intermediaries, as well as in litigation in the same matters. He deals with authorization procedures before the Bank of Italy and/or the ECB relating to the establishment of new intermediaries and complex and innovative extraordinary transactions; he advises corporate bodies and top management with particular reference to the definition of governance and organizational systems and the drafting of contracts for new products. It also provides legal assistance in opposing administrative sanctions by the Supervisory Authorities.
