Provides legal assistance and advice to banks and financial intermediaries with respect to regulatory and supervisory issues, the creation of new products, and authorisation procedures before the competent Supervisory Authorities relating to the establishment of new banking and financial intermediaries and complex extraordinary transactions. It also provides legal assistance in opposing administrative sanctions by the Supervisory Authorities.
