Such as Francesca Tanzi Marlotti, coming from an international firm of the caliber of Latham & Watkins. Francesca is a graduate of the Catholic University of Milan and focuses on corporate advisory and assistance, equity capital markets transactions, corporate governance and regulation of listed issuers.
But Francesca is only the most recent in the series of additions. With her, five other attorneys, united-despite their young age-by educational and professional backgrounds of the highest level: Francesco Diacci, who after a master’s degree in Business and Company Law at LUISS in Rome has worked with the law firm Gianni & Origoni until 2020; Michele Mura, a lawyer since 2018 and with a solid experience at Bussoletti e Associati, at the firm since 2021; Francesca De Giacomi, who is a teaching assistant at Bocconi University in commercial law and advanced commercial law, with a past at Gatti Pavesi; Daniele Moccia, who specialized through a master’s degree in business and financial market regulation at LUISS,and Francesco Cartabia, a Ph.D. candidate in artificial intelligence at Tor Vergata University, both joining 2022 after training at Pedersoli.
This large cohort of new recruits, together with the many other professionals of the highest caliber and the solid group of partners, will allow Carbonetti and Associates to head full sail into a successful future. Others will soon be on board!
