Carbonetti e Associati opens to a new category of partners, that of junior partners, to be attributed to professionals deemed deserving and promising, especially in terms of concrete ability to contribute to the Firm’s results and the development of new lines of business.
In the intention of the Firm, founded by Francesco Carbonetti, the decision has an important strategic significance, that is, a tool for enhancing the value of the Firm’s current collaborators and attracting young talents, to whom to envisage a concrete path addressed to partnership equity.
The Firm’s first junior partner, as of April 1, is Luca Pasquini, until now Counsel. Pasquini, recognized in particular for his expertise in corporate crisis, restructuring and in general litigation, including arbitration, said he was “particularly pleased with this recognition, which represents a new starting point and a further stimulus to continue his professional growth alongside Carbonetti e Associati and at the service of clients.”
