On March 31, Loredana Giani Maguire, Counsel of Carbonetti and Associates, participated as a speaker in the conference “Beni Culturali and Law. A legal dialogue also in light of the recent reform of Article 9 of the Constitution.”

Loredana spoke in the session dedicated to the theme “Beni Culturali and administrative law profiles, between organization, management and prospects for valorization.”

The conference was characterized by the legal dialogue between the different souls that innervate the theme of cultural heritage, the latter analyzed from the perspective of constitutionalist, administrative and criminal law issues by some of the leading scholars in the field.

The event, organized by the University of Pisa, was held on March 31 at the Aula Magna Storica of “La Sapienza” Palace in Pisa.
