On March 29, Loredana Giani Maguire, Counsel of Carbonetti and Associates, participated as a speaker at the conference “The Commitment of Federations, Sports Promotion Bodies, Associated Disciplines, Sports Associations and Societies for Modern, Sustainable and Inclusive Sports Facilities in the Light of Legislative Decree No. 38/2021“: an event dedicated to sports and all its aspects, from the management of the activity to the resources needed to create adequate environments and facilities to make sports innovative and sustainable.
Loredana spoke in the panel discussion entitled “Multifunctional and inclusive sports facilities in the context of the urban system. The commitment for Federations, Sports Promotion Bodies, clubs and associations to redevelop and/or regenerate facilities to adapt them to their functional needs, enhancing the territory in social, employment, economic, environmental and energy efficiency terms. Investment opportunities, the supporting measures. Sport, innovation and sustainability.“
The event, organized in collaboration with the Italian Sport Lawyers Association, was held on March 29 at the Salone d’Onore of CONI in Rome and was attended by the Minister for Sport and Youth, the President of CONI, CIP, and the Istituto del Credito Sportivo. Speakers included professors, lawyers, representatives of sports justice bodies, sports managers, and technicians from CONI’s Facilities Commission.
